We welcome Greg from SIX at the BALTIC, where they are striving to be the most sustainable restaurant in the UK; "I have a desire to work with the best ingredients so I’ve been working with the team to source better meat, locally caught fish and vegetables grown on our doorstep. We’re even butchering and baking on site. It’s a really exciting time for the restaurant!"

The Experimental Diner provides an intimate private dining experience in a place you would never think to dine; the roof of a castle, on a floating barge, to your back garden, the possibilities are endless.
